What is the return policy?
At Ehad, we operate with a mission-driven model — 15% of every purchase is donated to charity. For this reason, and to ensure fairness and sustainability, we do not encourage returns and maintain a strict return policy.
Please read the following carefully before placing your order:
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- We do not accept returns for the purpose of trying on items. Please refer to our size guide or contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.
- We do not accept exchanges.
- Returns for full-priced items are only accepted in exceptional cases and must be requested within 14 working days of delivery.
- A return must be explicitly approved in writing by our team prior to shipment. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
To qualify for return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Items must be in perfect, resaleable condition
- The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs
Once the return is received and inspected, a decision will be made. Refunds, if approved, will be issued within 14 working days.
Ehad reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these terms.
All return decisions are final and non-negotiable.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
