Where is my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing an order number. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a track & trace notification from the carrier.

Delivery time Netherlands, Germany and Belgium:

Orders placed before 17:00 are delivered to your home on the next working day. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Our delivery schedule is designed to ensure you can quickly enjoy your purchase.

Returns:

It is possible to return an order within 14 working days. Please notify us in advance of your return via contact@e-had.com and indicate the action you wish to take. The 14-day period starts from the moment the order is received.

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process the return and proceed with the requested action.

Note: We only accept unopened and complete items. If a product does not meet our conditions, we cannot accept the return.

The amount due will be refunded within 14 working days after your return is registered, provided the product has been returned in good condition.
